


JDmeditech Manufacturing & exporter Dialysis product, including a Bicarbonate Mixer for Hospitals, Dialysis centers, kidney care hospitals, is a medical device used to prepare and mix bicarbonate solutions (such as sodium bicarbonate) for intravenous infusion or other clinical uses.

Circulation System: Recirculation through SS pipes from bottom to top of the tank with 0.2u filter and a pump. Pump specifications indicated below as Annexure-A
Switches: Separate On/Off switches for Mixing motor and Circulation motor
Type of Valves:
i) Circulation valve: SS ball valve immediately below the bottom of the tank followed by circulation pump and filter.
ii) Collection valve: SS ball valve for collecting the dialysate positioned after the filter.
The tank should have a liquid level indicator with removable tuning.
All the SS piping should be easily dismantlable / removable for cleaning
The mixer platform should be stable and noise free design when in use.
The legs of the mixer must be fitted with rubber or synthetic bushes.
The design should facilitate easy cleaning of the mixer.
